Incredible Years Programme

I have been attending an Incredible Years Programme and in this session we discussed proactive tools that we can use  for managing misbehaviour. We talked about drawing our own tool box and working out which tool best fits the words or action we might use in our classroom to redirect or manage misbehaviours. 
This is my tool box.
